With the New Year upon us, it seems that things still haven’t look too promising for the team-based shooter game, LawBreakers and according to its publisher Nexon, it has been that way from the start and in quotes, they are partially blaming PUBG for it.
When LawBreakers launched last year in August, it was around the same time that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds had been gaining a huge deal of traction. They had high expectations for LawBreakers even when it was directly competing against Overwatch but it quickly had less and less players coming in the servers to play.
Even though the game was also released for the PS4, a system that is absent of PUBG (for now), the game is still struggling to keep a good number of players invested in it. So only time will tell what the future holds for LawBreakers. Can they hope for a New Year miracle or a doomed 2018? Let us know in the comments below.
